Warden Fluid Dynamics, Boise branch, was the prime contractor of this processing tank. Warden handled the framing, pneumatic actuators and controls, and delivery. Engineering Works designed (SolidWorks) and fabricated the tank/frame assembly.
The tank has the following features:
550-gallon fluid capacity
700-pound lifting capacity
32" lift stroke
4" agitation stroke
Welded polypropylene construction, for chemical resistance and low cost
A removable perforation plate of high-density polyethylene, for sliding-wear resistance
Wetted metals are all 304, for process purity
Tank banding is carbon steel, for economical structural stiffness
